What CanviPress provides
CanviPress is a plugin that converts published Canva site designs into WordPress landing pages. The service is provided as-is, with reasonable effort to maintain availability and add improvements over time.
Account and registration
To use certain features you’ll need an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You’re responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
License and acceptable use
CanviPress grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites covered by your active plan. You may not:
- Resell, sub-license, or redistribute the plugin
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the source code
- Use the plugin in a way that disrupts the service for other users
Pricing and billing
Subscriptions auto-renew at the rate displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Price changes
We may adjust pricing for future billing periods. We’ll notify you by email at least 30 days before any change takes effect.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases.
Intellectual property
CanviPress, its plugin code, branding, and documentation are the property of CanviPress Inc. Content you produce using CanviPress (your converted WordPress pages) belongs to you.
Third-party services
CanviPress integrates with services we don’t control — Canva, WordPress, WooCommerce, Paddle, and others. We’re not responsible for their availability, terms, or behavior.
Disclaimers
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent CanviPress subscription period.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify CanviPress from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, or where required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
